I have been consulting with Dr. Sumitra for nearly two decades. Initially, I sought her expertise for my persistent back pain caused by a bulging disc at the L4/L5 level. Under her guidance, a combination of yoga and recommended therapies facilitated my recovery within a span of eight months. I have known Dr. Sumitra since 12 yrs now . I was detected with Ankylosis Spondylitis in 2011 . I came into her contact when the Allopathic medicine system had no remedy for this disease.
Dr. Sumitra gave me hope that this can be well managed by a combination of Ayurveda and Yoga . I have adapted diet changes & living styles that she counselled me.
